Separate workshop participation conditions for the Leyendecker & Rappo masterclass on Fuerteventura in 2026

§1 Organiser

The masterclass from June 11 to June 16, 2026, in Fuerteventura, Spain, is organized by Sacha Leyendecker, hereinafter referred to as "SL." SL expresslydoes notact as a tour operator within the meaning of German or European travel law. SL is solely responsible for the photographic execution of the event as well as the organization and processing of registrations.

All expenses in connection with participation - in particular travel, meals outside the agreed services and insurance, if applicable - are the responsibility of the participant.

§ 2 Registration | Cancellation

1. Registrationfor theevent must be made in writing using the registration form atwww.sacha-leyendecker.com. Upon registration, a deposit of 50% of the event price is due immediately. The remaining payment (the other 50%) must be made by April 1, 2026, at the latest. For registrations after April 1, 2026, the total amount is due immediately.

2. if the participant withdraws - for whatever reason - there is no entitlement to a refund of the deposit or payments already made. SL will endeavor to find a replacement participant in the event of a cancellation, but cannot guarantee this. In the event of non-appearance of the participant, any claim for reimbursement shall lapse.

3. if it is not possible to hold the event or travel to the event due to official travel restrictions, the event date will be postponed or the amount already paid will be refunded in full.

§3 Liability | Hazards | Insurances

SL assumes no liability for events of force majeure, weather-related restrictions or the cancellation of individual program items. Similarly, no liability is accepted for the actions or omissions of models or other participants.

Participation is at the participant's own risk. In particular, risks in connection with arrival and departure - such as flight delays, rebookings, transportation damage or accidents - are borne by the participant. A price reduction due to late arrival is excluded. SL is not liable for personal injury or damage to property, in particular not for damage to photographic equipment during the event.

It is strongly recommended that you take out international health insurance, travel cancellation insurance, accident insurance and special insurance for photographic equipment for the duration of the event and for travel to and from the event.

§4 Defects | Complaints

1. any defects in agreed services must be reported to SL immediately on site so that immediate remedial action can be taken. If the defect is not reported in good time, claims for reduction or compensation are excluded.

2. the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the event contractual relationship is Neuwied, Germany.
